Our approach

SpeedOz is a product and delivery practice of AI Geo Insights (“we”, “us” or “our”). We design our services to collect the information needed to provide, secure and improve them, while limiting unnecessary access to the content handled by connected tools.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information: names, email addresses, organisation details and communications.
• Connection information: authorisations, account identifiers and encrypted credentials needed to connect approved services.
• Operational metadata: request timing, tool and action names, policy outcomes, errors, administrative changes and security events.
• Website information: device, browser, approximate location and cookie data used to operate and understand the website.

SpeedOz does not collect connected-tool payload content for audit purposes by default. A requested integration may process content transiently to perform the action you authorise.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support SpeedOz, authenticate users, apply access policy, operate integrations, detect misuse, investigate incidents, communicate with you, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with authorised members of your organisation, service providers that help us host and operate SpeedOz, connected providers you direct us to use, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual commitments and legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption, audit records and operational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No system can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Our infrastructure and service providers may process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct personal information, raise a privacy concern, or request deletion where applicable. Organisation administrators can also manage member access and connected services within SpeedOz.
