Using SpeedOz

SpeedOz is a product and delivery practice of AI Geo Insights (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms and any service order or agreement that applies to your organisation. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. If you use SpeedOz for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Administrators are responsible for member access, AI-client access and approved connections within their organisation.

Acceptable use

You must not use SpeedOz unlawfully; interfere with or bypass security controls; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; infringe another person’s rights; or use the service to create material risk to people, systems or property. You remain responsible for workflows, instructions, approvals and outputs used by your organisation.

Connected services

SpeedOz can connect to third-party services at your direction. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. You authorise us to exchange the information required to perform approved actions. We are not responsible for third-party availability, changes or conduct.

Ownership and feedback

We and our licensors retain rights in SpeedOz, its software, documentation, brand and service materials. You retain rights in information you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. We may use feedback without restriction, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Confidentiality and privacy

Each party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the agreed purpose. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal or technical reasons.

Fees

Fees, taxes, payment timing and renewal terms are set out in the applicable order or agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees already due are non-refundable.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SpeedOz is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. AI and third-party outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require appropriate human review. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability cap or exclusions in a signed agreement apply; otherwise our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to address security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Either party may terminate as provided in an applicable agreement. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, confidentiality and accrued payment obligations, continue.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to its courts. Contact [email protected] with questions. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date above.
